Custom & Personalized Items

Custom, digital, and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an error was made during production.

If your personalized item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun on a custom or personalized item, the order cannot be canceled.
