Because many of our products are handcrafted from natural wood materials, variations in wood grain, color, knots, texture, engraving depth, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, dates, photos, quotes, and custom text.

Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order. Green Wood Creative Goods is not responsible for errors provided by the customer during the ordering process.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before production or shipment of any order.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inaccuracies in customer information.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins on a custom or personalized order, cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times vary by product and order volume. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.

Green Wood Creative Goods is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Custom, digital, and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-personalized products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition.
