Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Personalized, engraved, and custom orders may require additional production time depending on design complexity, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Green Wood Creative Goods is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Shipments

• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Because custom, engraved, digital, and personalized products are made specifically for each customer, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
